We sell hot and cold Dry Packaged Beverages including Tea, Coffee, Instant coffee, Instant lemonade, Instant ice teas & corporate/ festive giftings on our website.

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the Website Owner and the suppliers of the products listed on the Website. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the Website Owner.

Disclaimer of Liability

The Website Owner shall not be responsible for and DISCLAIMS all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. Shipping Policy:

  1. Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges. Our shipping partners include –

  1. Orders are also delivered via Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpress Bees, DTDC, ShipRocket and Ecomm Express.
  2. For the delivery of our products, within the area of Udaipur, Rajasthan, delivery is done by our own delivery system.
  3. Depending on factors like location, connectivity, etc., orders are usually delivered within 2-3 days of placing the order.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before the order has been processed and shipped. If an order is cancelled after the order has been processed and shipped, Crimson Global T/A Behtareen India will charge a cancellation fee in lieu of the charges borne by it to cancel such order on your behalf.

After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 24 hours if he/she wishes to by emailing us at crimsonglobal.sales@gmail.com

In case payment has already been made, the refund will be processed via our bank account or the payment gateway within 2-3 working days.

No returns will be accepted for merchandise orders unless a defected unit has been shipped. To initiate a request, please email us at crimsonglobal.sales@gmail.com with the subject ‘Please refund my order’.

Upon receiving your complaint, we will send an acknowledgement along with a ticket number within 48 hours and resolve the issue in a timebound manner within a period of one month.

Offers T&C:

  1. Offer will be applicable only once per customer.
    2. Incase of Freebie offer (if running), free product should be added in cart while applying the code.
    3. No 2 offers can be clubbed together.
    4. Offer validity depends on the type of offer and will be conveyed through the rightful mediums/channels.
    5. In case of out of stock of the offer product, company has all the rights to cancel the order.
    6. The company has all the rights to decide on the products and offers, to terminate or continue them at any point of time.
    7. Promotional offer is only valid for the time range of offer validation.
    8. No cash alternatives will be offered to the customer.
    9. Promotional offer can only be availed during the offer time and date.
    10. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of any offer or completely withdraw it without any prior notice.
    11. The Company reserves the right to terminate the user’s account and cancel all outstanding orders if it is found that the user is trying to misuse the promotions by any means.
